We are an accredited applictor of the PPG 549 Line paint (acrylic lacquer) system specifically designed for COLORBOND® steel and in accordance with Bluescope Steel Limited we provide the most complete restoration procedure available on the market today. It is a 3 step procedure, which begins firstly with the removal of all defective paints to create the necessary base for adhesion, secondly we apply an etch primer for further adhesion and finally we apply two coats of the topcoat in a specified Colorbond® colour, more information on available colors can be found on the COLORBOND® Website. Not all Metal/COLORBOND® roofs will require such an extensive procedure and you may just be wanting to switch from that boring old colour or bring that old metal roof back to life. If that is the case, a thorough high pressure clean, followed by two coats of our high quality topcoat is all that will be required to have your roof shining like new once again. All roofs are examined for any rust spots, loose screws/nails and any possibile structural deficiencies upon first inspection.

Concrete roof tiles just like metal roofing will deteriorate over time and proper maintanance is required to ensure longevity. The first step to a restored concrete roof like every roof is a thorough inspection by one of our qualified tradesmen to examine the bedding and pointing for any defects that will need to be repaired. We will also take note of any broken tiles and have them replaced at time of restoration. The next step is to remove any oxidization, debris, organic material and fungal growth that may have built up over the years. We then ensure all other defects are repaired (bedding/pointing, flashings, valleys etc.) before we apply a primer/sealer and then finally two coats of an acrylic roofing membrane  (Dulux AcraTex) in a colour specified.
